We have two dynamic aqua instructors on
our team.

Sunflower, teaching our ever popular Aquanautica on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10a. A dance workout in the water is low impact, and offers excellent resistance training and cardio. Enjoy a variety of moves set to music with this fun spin on a classic dance favorite. Michele brings on the moves with Cardio Splash Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9a. This class is a mix of traditional water aerobics combined with several other low impact exercises, to tone, strengthen and improve mobility. All fitness levels welcome.
