  • Cardio Splash: This class is a mix of traditional water aerobics combined with several other low impact exercises, to tone, strengthen and improve mobility. All fitness levels welcome.
  • Power Pulse: interval based class that combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts. This well-rounded workout will improve cardio health, strength and endurance. For all levels.
  • Yoga: A total mind and body practice combining physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga is an ancient practice that promotes mental and physical well-being while strengthening the body.
  • Zumba – A form of aerobic fitness exercise based on Latin American dance rhythms. Participants are taught some basic easy-to-learn movements set to Latin music. It is an energetic and entertaining interval workout. The classes move between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.
  • Karate:  Karate Do is an exercise through which the karateka masters all body movements, such as bending, jumping and balancing, by learning to move your limbs and body backward and forward left and right up and down, freely and uniformly. Training transforms various parts of the body into self defense tools, to be used freely and effectively.
  • Latin Hip-Hop Fusion:This rhythmic class features both Latin-Caribbean and Afro-Beat tunes paired with simple Hip-Hop dance moves. Come get in the groove with us! You are guaranteed to work up a sweat and have the best time experiencing a full body workout inspired by dance from various cultures. All levels are welcome.
  • Cardio Orbit: Blast off with this faster tempo, lighter weights, total body conditioning workout. Cycle through a series of exercises hitting all the major muscle groups while working up a sweat to promote lean muscle mass. This cardio paced class is both fun and challenging.
  • Cardio Kick: This class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks, and body-weight strength work. No equipment is necessary. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout. You will learn proper form for the famous jab, hooks, crosses, uppercuts, back kicks, front kicks, and the like- engaging both your lower and upper body.
  • Salsa Dancing: Learn the fundamental steps and rules of Salsa… How to lead and follow while listening to the rhythm of the music. Elevate your dance adding styling techniques, shoulder shimmies, spins and eventually learn to dance on the second beat of the music (“on 2”). The class will also teach how to break apart to dance solo (“shines”) during a couple’s routine. Each class begins with a warm up and closes with a stretch after practicing the choreo we learned for the day with cha cha (guajira) music. Wear ankle supportive shoes.
  • Roll & Release: Recharge and restore balance with this foam rolling and self-myofascial release class. We’ll address muscle tension and cultivate deep breathing and body awareness using techniques to soothe and relax the nervous system, enabling ease of movement. This class is suitable as a pre-workout warm-up, or a post-workout recovery.
  • Round 12 Boxing: This circuit based class combines boxing fundamentals and proper technique development with high-intensity interval training to improve cardiovascular endurance and functional strength. Speed bags, heavy bags, jump rope and more. Beginners and all levels are welcomed! *basic boxing gloves required and wrist wraps recommended
  • Pilates: Clients in apparatus classes will be guided through a series of flowing, challenging but restorative exercises for abdominal, back, foot, leg and shoulder muscles. The springboard is an additional Pilates, wall based, tool used to stabilize movements with springs for arms and legs used in both standing and floor positions. Some lessons will require both aparatus’.
  • Pilates Mat: This mat based class is full of strengthening and lengthening exercises that focus on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Pilates is a mind, body, and spirit practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention. All levels welcome, poses can be modified to meet individual needs..
  • Therapeutic Posture Stretch (TPS): Tired of waking up sore and stiff? Do you miss the strength, flexibility and vitality of your youth? Well then, TPS is for you! TPS was created to remind your body and mind of earlier times in life when your posture was perfect. You will learn to improve and align your posture and regain and maintain flexibility. As a result you will have access to untapped strength that already exists in your body. Learn stretches, ball-rolling techniques and exercises that meet your body’s specific needs.
  • Just Breathe:This weekly 45 minute class will teach you how to recalibrate your nervous system and clear the mind. Using principles from the Alexander Technique, develop a continual practice that improves whole body breathing and relaxation. All levels of stress, pain, imbalance and curiosity are welcome.
  • Gentle Aqua: Join us in the water for this low-intensity workout suitable for all fitness levels. It’s a great class for those who suffer from arthritis, joint and circulation problems or are rehabilitating from injury. Great for those who have limited mobility or are wanting a gentle workout in a fun and warm environment.
  • Belly Dancing: Belly Dance class provides a sensual and creative full body workout focusing on basic belly dance techniques, posture, body alignment, and a little fun choreography. Give it a shimmy, all levels welcomed!
  • Body Revolution: This HIIT class has it all. Incorporating core and body weight exercises as well as stability and resistance training you will be led through a circuit of exercises and movements with varying intensities. Get your heart rate up, burn calories, sculpt and define… and get hella strong!
  • Ping Pong: Now free for members! Come learn the basics of the table tennis sport or improve your game! Forehand, backhand attack, serving, receiving, looping, backspin, topspin and footwork will be shown in this fun but disciplined class. All levels welcome, pairings based on experience.
